Boris Saccone
b 1991 Schongau, Germany, lives and works in Munich, Germany
Boris Saccone creates enthralling paintings that blur the line between reality and transcendence. His works experiment with flat, stylized surfaces, abstraction and planar constructions combined with the tension of cool pastel tones and bold outlines that draw the viewer to contemplate the enigmatic motifs and the atmospheric spaces. Boris graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts Munich in 2023, where he studied Fine Arts as “Meisterschüler” in the class of Professor Gregor Hildebrandt. He has presented several solo exhibitions at Jo van De Loo in Munich. The exhibition, “A Sense of Space,” at ABRI MARS is his first showing in New York.
